What is the purpose of pregnancy yoga?
Creating suitable physical, mental, and emotional conditions for mothers during pregnancy and after pregnancy.
1- Mental: experience of peace and mental silence, practicing yoga Nidra technique and relaxation, management and control of the mind in planning and creating visions and goals for the duration of pregnancy and after pregnancy.
2- Emotional: Control and manage emotions and emotional pressures with appropriate breathing exercises and asanas. Some asanas (chopping wood, laughing, Nadi shodhanabreathing)
3- Physically: creating suitable conditions for the uterus and pelvis, regulating digestive activity (absorption and excretion), creating harmony between the space where the fetus is located and other organs of the body, creating harmony between the fetus and the mother for the possibility of natural delivery.
