Welcome to the second level of Sina Yoga. This level is the beginning of learning the main yoga postures (Asana).Throughout this level, emphasis is placed on establishing symmetry within the body through balanced movements and stretching muscles to prepare for the primary yoga asanas. At this level, you will also learn the relationship between nutrition, mind, and body. From the point of view of yoga, Thebuild-up of toxins in body tissues due to accumulation can lead to harm. The practices of yoga and Ayurveda, coupled with plant-based and organic nutrition, serve as effective means to enhance the body's performance and cultivate a harmonious mind-body connection.
