What happens in the basic semseter?
The basic levelis the beginning of entering the bright world of yoga and experiencing unity and harmony for you.
In this level, you will learn the alphabet of physical yoga movements (asana) and you will get to know the anatomy of your body from a yoga point of view, and by doing warm-ups and “Pawanmukts", you will prepare your mind and body to perform the main yoga movements.
In this level, you will also learn how to perform preliminary asanas, salutation to the sun and relaxation cycle.
